Design or Previously seen orders: We are unable to do custom design work on an individual level. (Wholesale inquires please contact
me via email). However, we may be able to create a similar design from a piece that you have seen in person or previously

RETURN or EXCHANGE it within 30 days of purchase. Return Policy: In Stock Items We sell only
the highest quality work. However, each item is handcrafted and variations may occur. This uniqueness is part of what makes
them so special. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to alert us of the return, package them carefully
and return them to us with your receipt no later than 14 days after purchase for a refund, or within 30 days for exchange
or store credit. Special Wholesale Special orders are orders placed for items not currently available
at ArtisanClay.com. These orders require a 50% deposit, and the balance upon shipment. All shipping cost and up-charges are
the responsibility of the customer. Returned special orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. Custom
Orders A custom order is an order for a unique, one-of-a-kind or customized piece from the artist. These include,
but are not limited to, custom designed jewelry, tile, set tile boxes, and pottery. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
