If you use a credit card, work on your order will begin immediately. If you pay by personal check, work on your order will begin after your check clears my bank.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Shipping (Within the U.S.)
Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for your order to be created especially for you and shipped. Orders of "ready to ship" artwork are shipped within two to three business days following payment processing. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for personal checks. All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal service "priority mail", with delivery confirmation, (within the U.S.)
Global Priority or Air Letter Post shipping is used outside of the U.S. If you prefer a different method of shipping (outside U.S.), please leave a note in the comments portion when checking out your purchase. I will do my best to accommodate you.
For ALL orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable. Shipping charges shown online are for standard shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. Please contact us for other shipping quotes, including oversized, international or express shipping.
Similar Design or Previously seen orders:
I am now able to do custom design work on an individual level. (Wholesale inquires please contact me via email). I may be able to create a similar design from a piece that you have seen in person or previously on this site. If you have an item in mind, please contact me via email with a detailed description. We sell only the highest quality work. However, each item is handcrafted and variations may occur. This uniqueness is part of what makes them so special. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to alert us of the return, package them carefully and return them to us with your receipt no later than 14 days after receipt for a refund, or within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
Special orders are orders placed for items not currently available at ArtisanClay.com. These orders require a 50% deposit, and the balance upon shipment. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned special orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.
A custom order is an order for a unique, one-of-a-kind or customized piece from the artist. These include, but are not limited to, custom designed jewelry, tile, set tile boxes, and pottery. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
